HCI Energy will expand its operations and product development and manufacturing by hiring Kurt Armbruster, President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Heather Wilkins, Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

HCI hired Kurt Armbruster as president and chief operating officer in 2022 to streamline and expand the company. Armbruster has a proven track record of bringing new technologies from concept to commercial success as an operations executive in clean energy, aerospace, and electronics. Armbruster's hiring has resulted in the company expanding the technical team, solidifying product design, utilizing lean manufacturing techniques, and implementing operational procedures that have accelerated the company's product development, production, and delivery.
HCI hired Heather Wilkins in February 2023 to lead sales, marketing, customer growth, expansion, and partnerships. Wilkins is leading the company's global expansion by spearheading efforts to bring HCI's products to a broader customer base of telecom and broadband providers. As a telecom sales executive and attorney, Wilkins worked for Crown Castle (CCI) and American Tower (AMT) for over 20 years before joining HCI. As part of the Wireless Infrastructure Association (WIA) and the Women's Wireless Leadership Forum (WWLF), she is a member of the New York State Wireless Association (NYSWA).
