Lyndsey Mitchell is promoted to Vice President of Human Resources at Bernhard.
FREMONT, CA: Bernhard promotes Lyndsey Mitchell to the position of Vice President of Human Resources. Mitchell previously worked at Bernhard as the director of human resource integration systems (HRIS), where she oversaw the deployment of the company's new human capital management (HCM) system.
Mitchell will use her expertise in human resources management to head the company's human resource functions, including talent acquisition, talent development, benefits and compensation, and employee relations.

Mitchell has over 15 years of experience in human resources and recruitment as a human resources manager, human resources information systems analyst, and recruitment manager. Before joining Bernhard, she worked as the Human Resources Manager at the Water Institute of the Gulf, where she oversaw all aspects of the Institute's human resources.

Mitchell is an active member of the professional community and is now recognized as a qualified professional with the Society for Human Resource Management.
